Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LiveShoply, a Shopify app operated by Skytech Services LTD. By installing or using LiveShoply you agree to these terms.

The service

LiveShoply provides live video shopping, replays, shoppable videos and related tools for Shopify stores. Features depend on your plan and may change as we improve the product.

Plans and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly in USD through Shopify's billing system and include a 14-day free trial.
• Plans include a monthly allowance of viewer minutes and shoppable videos. Usage resets on the 1st of each month. Unused allowance does not roll over.
• You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app. Refunds are handled according to Shopify's billing policies.

Your content and conduct

• You own the videos, recordings and other content you create. You grant us a license to host, process and display it to provide the service.
• You are responsible for your content and for complying with applicable laws, including consumer protection, advertising and privacy laws, and the rules of any platform you multistream to.
• You may not use LiveShoply for illegal, infringing, harmful or adult content, or to send unsolicited messages.

Availability

We work hard to keep LiveShoply available but provide it “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted service. Live streaming depends on your internet connection and third-party networks.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales.

Termination

You can stop using LiveShoply at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify merchants of material changes in the app or by email.
